“These boots arrived quickly and are absolutely beautiful. The leather is soft but also firm and they look a million dollars. Unfortunately I had to return them as they were far too wide for my spindly legs really disappointed but would highly recommend them to anyone with an average size calf.”

“I love the design of these boots, and the high quality is exactly what I've come to expect from Moshulu. The reason I have not given them a five-star review is the finish of the leather, which is a dull waxy finish (I bought them in black, so it's reminiscent of rubber), and not polished as they appear in the photographs. There is no shine, which I find disappointing as I like a polished look to my boots - I'm hoping they will improve over time, or that I can find a product to make them shine (regular shoe polish does not do the job).If it wasn't for this, I'd have a pair in brown, too!”
Thanks for your comments Nicole. We are sorry to hear that your boots did not totally deliver the smile we promise. We do try our best to ensure that the images online reflect our products as accurately as possible. With our waxy leather finish, there can sometimes be a little variation in the depth of colour, but we would expect this to lighten in time as the wax disperses. Using our leather moisturising cream will also help to restore and revive the leather on these boots going forward.
