“Bought a blue pair and fell in love with them, however - while perfectly comfortable in the foot ( true-to-size 8 ), the calves bit were too wide, and even laced up as tight as it would get, the soft material still ended up wrinkling at the back of the leg.
Perfect shoe, but perhaps - it's made for others to enjoy more than I could!”
“I bought these boots a couple of weeks ago ( double zips and laces at the front) and immediately wore them stright out of the box ( lovely packaging by the way-would make the perfect gift) on a very wet and muddy two mile walk in the dark around Blenheim Palace gardens. Amazing how comfortable they were/are! No blisters, no rubbing, no leaks,soft leather, easy to clean. Wore them to work today, great to drive in too.VERY happy! These boots are perfect, the laces can be tied tighter and fit perfectly with no gapping. The boots are a bit wide in the foot but a thick pair of socks solves that issue. Brilliant boots and look lovely too.”
