“Love these boots. True to size, fit my wide feet, really warm, nice and easy to get on and off with the zip. Only downside is that one zip pull broke after 3 months - customer service were v helpful and sent me a replacement pull which we fitted fine. A month later, the main part of the zip pull snapped and I couldn't open or close the zip as nothing to get hold of. Contacted customer service and sent photos. They sent me a return code and I returned the boots to them. A couple of weeks later I received a new pair of boots which are lovely. Very much hoping that doesn't happen again, never had that before and I wear boots most days.”
