“Bought the Shoal boots in the lovely Blackcurrant colour suede. Beautifully made with the patterned elastic on both sides, an additional attraction. Disappointingly they were far too large around the ankle and the upper foot area. I ordered my usual boot size and consider I have medium sized ankles, but on trying them on, clearly i would not be able to walk in them, even with an insole. I hate the hassle of returning items, especially during Covid, so hoping i find a friend that they ‘do’ fit !”
“I love my new navy boots. I always look for footwear with a subtle twist and I love the hexagonal pattern on the elastic. Still breaking them in but they've been a lovely addition to my outfits since they arrived.”
“Love all your footwear it’s all very comfortable and great quality. I’ve had several pairs. The only problem is that I usually buy on line, as getting to shops is difficult, and you never show the full toe shape which means I often end up having to send them back. The pictures only show the sole with the tip of the toe cut off. This is important as I have round toe shape and I trip up in pointy shoes. This would be an easy fix either in photos or description.”
