“I read the glowing reviews for these sandals and even rang Customer Services to ask if there was much difference between these sandals and Danube which are a favourite of mine. Today when I received the Bavaria Waxy I was gutted to find that there is a considerable difference between the two styles.I am returning the Bavaria Waxy as they are wide and chunky, with wider leather straps. This style may flatter some people but my feet and look prefer the smaller, lighter style of the Danube.Please don't stop the Danube! I notice the colour range is reducing of this style and would be gutted if Danube were taken off sale.”
