“Bought these for a friend. She loved them but wore through one in less than a year. I wrote to Moshulu and almost by return had a positive response. Slippers were replaced with no questions asked and return postage paid. Excellent customer service. Will definitely continue purchasing footwear from them. And btw they really are fun slippers which are a joy to wear.”

“At first these are lovely slippers, comfy and warm, however after only a few months of wearing the fluffy bit at the back came away from the heel on both slippers. Maybe because they are quite wide so the foot slips around. Once the fur has worn away from the insole they are quite uncomfortable. I buy all my footwear from Moshulu but wouldn't buy these again.”
