“I contacted customer service for advice. They were brilliant so I took the plunge and bought these (as well as two pairs of boots). I am a UK 6.5, EU 40. I have odd shaped feet which are thin in the heel but broad across the ball of the foot E-EE. As soon as I slipped these on my feet were happy. I wore them all day walking around London - at least 8 miles. No rubbing, no red marks. I will be buying more in different colours.”
“For the first time I’m unhappy about a Moshulu product. The stitching felt poor under my foot arch, as though the leather had been tucked up. Wore them several times for a few minutes around the house but they were really uncomfortable. As Moshulu don’t offer an exchange service as I was told by their customer services, I had to re-order, therefore having to pay postage twice. Unfortunately after many years of buying their shoes, boots and slippers I feel very let down.”
