They are robust enough to be able to go out into the garden with them on and have a non-slip sole, perfect for wooden floors. They are comfy and so smart that they don't look like frumpy old slippers! I started with black, am currently wearing cranberry and have bought some lovely new indigo ones for when I eventually wear these out.”

They are so comfy and smart enough to pass for out-door ballet shoes that they haven't made it home (I do keep a pair of heels in case I need to see clients!).
