I have bought this style of sandal for years and I was delighted to find them in the sale.
I ordered 4 pairs in different colours, to replace the ones I bought last year. I expected to wear them straight from the box, the sizing has been very consistent in the past.
To my huge disappointment, they are now so narrow, I couldn’t even get my foot into 3 of the colours. The 4th pair were slightly wider, but could not have been worn without breaking them in at home.
Why?
Why change a specification of a popular style after so many years.
The company has alienated some loyal customers with normal width feet.
You already produce many styles for the customers with narrow feet, remember they can wear shoes a bit too wide!”
