“I had a tan pair of these, probably a couple of years ago. I had walked miles in them despite an arthritic large toe joint on one foot, such was their comfort. Sadly had to throw them away as the ankle strap on each started to pull out from its fixing. My need for a replacement meant that I had to use mail order as my local store had none in stock. This service was extremely quick and efficient with an easy pre-paid returns facility, not that I shall need to use it. My new pair of navy Wasabi look very neat and not at all clumsy, which, given my size 8 feet, is often difficult to achieve. My only negative point is that I ordered these a few days too early, as following the delivery day the reduced price offer began!”
