“I bought a pair of peanut brittle slippers size five (my usual size) in a Moshulu shop. Although I tried them on at the time they were sloppy and I just couldn’t wear them. I wrote a review saying that maybe online shoppers should order a smaller size. I was debating whether to give them to my daughter in law and just order another pair, despite the waste of money, when I read some of the reviews and learned that customer service might be able to help. I phoned and was advised to return them, and I had an immediate response saying that the back seam was starting to slightly split, so I would be sent another pair. I received them two days later (I actually ordered a size 4 just in case) and they fit perfectly. The thick sole really helps with my plantar fasciitis, too. I can’t thank customer services enough for their help and would really recommend these slippers. Thank you Moshulu!”
“Although the slippers are very attractive and comfortable I find they are too big for me. I actually tried them on in a shop so I take the blame but they seemed okay at the time. I always take a 5 and they slop about, whereas my daughter in law takes a 6 and they fit her perfectly, so if ordering on line be careful!”

“I wanted to love these slippers, as they’re such a pretty style and something a bit different. They are lightweight and true to size for a UK 42/8. Unfortunately, the sole has no grip and is made of a flip-flop type material that, for me, is not going to be hard-wearing enough. Though the materials feel nice to the touch, there is no shaping or support under the foot. Would have been much nicer with some cushioning. Overall, I am disappointed, don’t find them good value, and will return.”
