“My best friend bought me a pair of these for Christmas - it was my request as I have been wearing your slippers for years, partly due to the anti-slip ridge sole which has proved so practical. My friend & I were disappointed to find that the soles have been completely changed - no longer anti slip, now a more modern design with slippery soles which are dangerous on carpet and even more so on laminate. I am informed by customer service that the soles conform to regulation standards, but in my opinion they are not fit for purpose. Please reinstate the anti-slip sole as you have made a top quality product into a second-rate one.”
