Double checked that free returns were available thinking that I'd probably send them back because they were bound not to fit me. However, the slippers are perfect. I had to go up a size from my normal. Service fantastic though as I exchanged for smaller size, lots of communication about return being processed and order going out - received the replacement this morning, 5 d after returning the original which is far better service than most companies so close to Xmas.
