A workhorse of a boot and a cult favourite among hardcore backpackers and hunters. Super stable, it’s ideal for carrying heavy loads over long distances and rugged off-trail terrain. Ankle flex is a touch softer than previous versions. Durably waterproof/breathable. This is the wide fit version

“The main reason I bought these is for the wide fit. They give the same level of support, waterproofing and comfort I’ve come to expect from the Lowa brand. They look great too but unlike my other Lowa’s that I use predominantly for work these are for leisure and the wide fit is so much more comfortable. As such now before buying my next pair the wide fit will be a must have for me. Please let me know if you can or plan to make the Mountain GTX in a wide fit.”
