“I bought the Lowa Tibet Hi boots in a size 8.5 as I have a pair of Lowa shoes in that size. When the boots arrived they were too tight across the widest part of the foot. I phoned Lowa main distributor and they advised me to try a size nine and return the smaller pair for a refund.This I did and then a week later I contacted Lowa to be told they had run out of size nine boots. In short I am not very happy. Perhaps Lowa could have reserved me a pair of boots or I should have told there would not be any boots available. Come on Lowa you have a good product but please back up this with better service.”
