“First Lowa boots I've bought, mainly for hiking. Went on their first proper hike around the hills of LLangollen, Wales. Impressed so far. Durable, plenty of support on the ankle, no slips on the more precarious parts of the walk. Can't comment on the waterproofing as yet. Had usual size, fine for normal hiking socks, but may be should have bought half a size larger for those double-sock winter walks!”
