“I've been wearing this model for the past 12 years (& have loved them) but unfortunately this new pair didn't fit well. Customer service said that the model has changed fit in recent years, which is such a shame. I even tried the wides, which were also too narrow for me. (I don't have wide feet). My last 2 pairs were size 7.5 in standard width (I'm a size 7). But even the size 8 wides were too snug for me so I've sadly had to change to a different model. But I still think they are great boots, durable and waterproof, so if you have very narrow feet I would still recommend. (Maybe buy a size up though!)”
