This boot was designed for women with sensitive feet who are looking for a great trekking boot with more room in the metatarsal area. In addition, the one-piece upper has no interior stitching, while the flat ribbon lace loops lie flat to prevent pressure along the instep. Made on a women’s-specific last.

Bought for my wife that struggles to find 'proper footware' for her small feet. These are a great fit, the quality is fantastic and will definitely be buying Lowa again.

Exceptional boot. I'm 23 with bunions and feet which get painful very quickly, yet the support with these boots is like no other. I am a loyal user of Lowa and these are by far the best boots yet. I can't find a fault with them!

My wife bought a pair of the Lowa Lady Lite last year, we did a walking holiday in France and they proved to be a great fit and very comfortable, however it was a mostly dry holiday. We then went out on a few walks in the UK where there was some rain and the inside of the boots were quite damp at the end of the walk, my wife thought this was due to water ingress through the ankle area. After an all day walk where it rained most of the time the boots were soaking wet and took several days to dry out. I suspected a fault with the boot so to test them I placed one in a large bucket with a few inches of water in it so the water level was about 1" below the lowest point where water could enter the boot. I held the boot in place with a weight inside it. After less than half an hour the inside of the boot was completely soaked, so there is obviously a serious problem with it. Not what I would expect from a boot costing close to £200 and certainly not a boot I would want to go on a walking holiday in the mountains with.
