“Was not offered NDD at time of purchase if I had it would have been perfect as husband away and it was a gift. So I selected a future date (8th) for delivery to a friends house. By 4pm that day (no email about delivery slot) she had to contact me as she needed to leave house. I went to parcel tracker, who said ‘don’t have your parcel’ so I changed delivery date to the 9th. Then at 4.30 it was suddenly delivered. All round poor communication, it could have been perfect if you had offered me NDD at time of purchase coz that’s initially what you tried to do & I would have been a very happy customer”
