“your logs are rather small and burn very fast However I can vcope with this but your deleievry was poor. The driver arrived late in the eveing and was unable to use a pallet lift properly and dumped the logs outsode my gagrare so I had to move 2 cubic meters of logs by hand.”

“We’ve ordered two lots of kiln dried oak over recent months. The first batch was perfect, burnt really well. If the second batch had been inside a kiln then I think they must have forgotten to have turned it on, as some of the wood was seriously damp. It still burns, but smokes badly and takes a while to catch.”
