“We've never tried long pepper before and are really enjoying the subtle but definite flavours. Much more aromatic and richly flavoured than black pepper, and without the very hot sting that biting into a chunk of black pepper can give. Have tried it on roast lamb and in various casseroles and it's been a great addition every time.”
