“Mijn huid kan de crème verdragen, geen irritaties, dat is fijn. Het is een hele olieachtige balsem. In de zon leek de crème te smelten, olie drupte langs mijn gezicht. Door het afvegen daarvan heb ik mogelijk met de crème ook de zonfactor mee afgeveegd. Resultaat: een verbrand, rood en pijnlijk gezicht. Op de vraag van facetheory hoe de crème beviel bovenstaande aangegeven, waarna zij per omgaande het bedrag hebben teruggestort. Voor mij geen goede zonnecrème, maar top service van facetheory.”
