“I saw a mixed bag of reviews before buying this but decided to give it a try regardless. It is sooooo oily. It's so oily that I left it on my dresser and oil spilt out and left a big greasy puddle. It really can't it any way be described as a balm. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but it doesn't seem to sink into my face very well and I have to put translucent powder over it which still just doesn't quite combat the overall shine.”

“Pros: attractive packaging, UVA protection. Cons: incredibly greasy (made me break out), takes a reeeally long time to absorb into the skin, and - worst of all - the tube leaks from the seams around the top and bottom! Leaves a greasy pool of leakage everywhere I lay it down, meaning that I can't travel with it at all because I'm afraid it'll soak through my washbag. Really disappointed - don't bother.”

“I really love this balm. It does feel a little greasy on the hands but once you rub it on to your face it feels really smooth and velvety and you only need a tiny amount. If you have oily skin it may not be suitable. I'm so disappointed as I absolutely love this but unfortunately I have occurred spots all over my forehead since using the cream. I do have sensitive skin and can get spots easily, maybe it's too rich for my skin. If you don't break out with spots easily and you have dry skin then you will love this”

“This product is oily at room temperature, which my skin can take, so that is fine. A tiny bit goes a long way so coverage is good. Doesn’t particularly smell nice but not bad either, pretty non descript. I’ve only been using it a week as part of a trio of products to reduce my age spots. No change yet re the Age spots but my skin is lovely and soft. Would buy again.”
