Au moment de ma commande (le 04/04/2024), vous n'aviez pas mis en exergue que la formule avait changé. Je souhaite obtenir un remboursement s'il vous plait.”

Bonjour, Merci pour votre avis concernant le sérum à l'acide azélaïque. Je tiens à préciser que le sérum reste disponible en deux concentrations : 10 % et 15 % d'acide azélaïque. Vous avez spécifiquement acheté la formule à 10 % d'acide azélaïque, alors que vous aviez le choix d'acheter le sérum à 15 % d'acide azélaïque. Facetheory Team

“I have rosacea with acne and I was looking for azelaic acid serum or cream to treat this condition. I have used Paulas Choice 10% azelaic acid booster. It is in the form of a cream. It was helpful but I did not like the smell, and how it felt on my face. It did help calm my rosacea. I do know that the azelaic acid is not easy to formulate. I found Lumizela azelaic acid serum online and decided to try it. Lumizela is a suspension and absorbs well. I like how it feels and it absorbs well. It is working well for me. I highly recommend it.”

“The Lumizela A10serum is fabulous. I'm trying to fade some sun damage on my skin and tried multiple products from different brands. The mandelic acid here is strong enough to make a difference but not too strong as to cause discomfort. I apply it twice daily and love the result that slowly progresses. Make sure to apply sunscreen everyday no matter the weather! Great product, I'll definitely reorder when my two bottles run out. P.s. the pump is a nice touch, hygienic and expels just the right amount”

“I tend to make my own skincare trying to avoid things that aggravate my sensitive rosacea-prone skin. In the past I had been using Garden of Wisdom Azelaic Acid Serum which would ball up when my squalene was placed on top. As DIY people know Azelaic Acid is difficult to formulate. Lumizela performs beautifully no need to fear balling, grittiness or irritation. Thanks guys!”
