Bonjour Melanie, Merci pour votre retour. En français, voici quelques conseils simples adaptés à votre début progressif (application en alternance) : - Continuez à introduire le produit progressivement (par exemple 1 jour sur 2, puis 1 jour sur 3) et observez comment votre peau réagit. - Utilisez-le uniquement le soir au début et appliquez une crème hydratante adaptée ensuite si nécessaire. - Si vous ressentez une sensation de tiraillement ou une légère irritation, réduisez temporairement la fréquence d’usage. Si vous avez d’autres questions ou souhaitez ajuster le rythme d’utilisation, dites-le-nous et nous vous aiderons. Thanks Facetheory Team

“I am only on the first bottle and only using 2 times a week. But, having never used any time of retinol/retinal before, I have already noticed mt skin is much brighter.”

Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Sie Probleme mit dem Produkt haben, Manuela. Das sollten Sie nicht erleben. Vielleicht helfen folgende Hinweise: - Eine sehr kleine Menge genügt; zu viel Creme kann sich abpellen. - Um die Haut nicht zu überfordern, das Produkt in dünnen Schichten auftragen und gut einziehen lassen, ggf. zwischen den Schritten eine kühlende Feuchtigkeitspflege verwenden. - Falls Ihre Haut empfindlich reagiert oder zu Irritationen neigt, testen Sie das Produkt zunächst an einer kleinen Stelle und verwenden Sie es nur jeden zweiten Tag. - Achten Sie darauf, den Sonnenschutz am Tag danach konsequent zu verwenden, da Retinol/Retinal die Haut lichtempfindlicher machen kann. Wenn das Problem weiterhin besteht, melden Sie sich gerne wieder – wir helfen Ihnen gern weiter und finden eine passende Lösung. Thanks Facetheory Team
