The product isn’t performing as expected and I am not loving the texture, its not as smooth to apply as Johnson's powder. I was looking for a change from a talcum powder

Hi, Thank you for sharing your feedback about our Loose Powder. We're sorry to hear the texture and application haven't met your expectations, especially compared to your previous experience with Johnson's powder. We appreciate you giving our product a try as you look for a talc-free alternative. Loose powders can behave a bit differently from traditional talcum powders, but with a few pro tips, you may find the finish and feel improve: Use the Right Tool: For the smoothest application, try a puffy powder brush for an all-over finish, or a damp beauty sponge for more targeted areas. A powder puff can also help press the powder gently into the skin for a seamless look. Tap Off Excess: Always tap off any extra powder from your brush or puff before applying to avoid clumps and uneven texture. Press, Don’t Rub: Gently press or roll the powder onto your skin—especially on shine-prone areas like the T-zone—instead of sweeping or rubbing, which can disturb your base and create patchiness. Build Gradually: Begin with a small amount and gradually increase coverage as needed. This prevents a cakey or heavy feel and allows you to control the finish. Finish with Setting Spray: If your skin feels dry or powdery, a light mist of setting spray can help the powder meld with your skin for a more natural, smooth appearance. Skin Prep Matters: For the best results, apply loose powder over well-moisturised skin and a blended base. This helps the powder glide on more evenly and minimises texture. If you’re still not loving the result, please let us know—your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re happy to offer further support or explore alternative options that may better suit your preferences. Thank you again for your honest review and for allowing us to improve your experience! Don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team at help@facetheory.com for further assistance. Lovely light power no caking. Why not provide this in greaseproof wrapping rather than a glass jar and metal lid that although can be recycled is single use?

I don't normally like to use powder, as it makes my skin dry (it's dry anyway), however this powder doesn't do that, it's lovely just sets your foundation nicely.
