“Excellent lip balm, love everything about it and I do think it has made my lips more defined. However, as others have said please, please change the shape of the pot. It's fantastic it's in a glass pot but it's so difficult to get any product out of - please make the glass pot flatter and wider to make it easier! (that is the only reason I have deducted a star)”
