“I was most excited about this lip balm... however after using it for 2 days, I developed strange rough patches on my lips and also got rough corners. I am still not sure whether this was caused by the lip balm. I stopped using it and it has taken quite a while for my lips to go back to normal. I shall give it a second chance, because I did like it otherwise.”

“I started using this product about 2 weeks ago. It is the best lip balm I have used to date. I can feel a huge difference in the texture of my lips. I have always suffered from dry, flaky and cracked lips. Since I have been using this, the skin on my lips has not been sloughing off like it normally would. They even look plumper from being that bit smoother. So impressed with this that I'm going to buy it for my mum. Well done Facetheory.”

“This is not bad but it's a bit sticky. I prefer the lip-balms from Lush but this is my second fave. You get a good size for your money and I love the plastic-free packaging.”
