“I like it but it makes my lips sting/tingle quite a bit. Does it supposed to do that? Other than that the texture is nice, it’s nourishing but also protects your lips in the cold days”

As for the tingling sensation, it's normal for some people to experience that feeling due to the active ingredients in the formula.
