Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Please try and reduce the usage of the serum to maybe 2x/week only and the redness should go away. If for some reason you're not completely happy with a facetheory purchase and don't notice any visible improvement in your skin within 365 days - just email us at help@facetheory.com for a free exchange or refund.
