This primer is designed to be applied after your moisturizer and SPF, then left to dry for about a minute before applying makeup. Because it is silicone-free and water-based, it may take a little longer to dry compared to silicone-based primers. It’s also recommended to apply a small amount and allow it to set, as this helps it blend well and prepares your skin for makeup without causing pilling or poor fit. The formula aims to hydrate, smooth, and brighten, targeting dehydrated skin without causing heaviness or slip. If you find it does not fit well with your moisturiser, it might help to adjust the amount of each product or the order of application slightly. “As a big face theory fan I had high hopes for this primer ! Unfortunately my pores looked worse, I looked super shiny after a few hours and my makeup slid off”

“It’s good just that I prefer something more moisturizing and natural to glowing finish, it did stay on in hot humid weather for some time, I will save it to use it during my work shifts where I don’t want to look shiny and oily,”
