“For an eye makeup remover, god forbid you get this anywhere near your eyeball because it stings like hell. Also doesn't remove waterproof mascara well at all, loads of scrubbing needed. Really disappointed and have returned.”

“Gentle on skin, makes eyes sting a bit if you put too much directly, use sparingly to wet a cotton round and apply. Doesn't sting at all that way”

“Really love this make up remover, I use 3 pumps rub it all over my face then use a cotton flannel with hot water to wipe it all off, it brings off all my makeup Inc waterproof mascara and leaves my skin clean and fresh, I then use the toner, I won't be using any other now, this is my favourite, cruelty free too which is very important to me.”

“Great for my sensitive skin as fragranced products don’t agree with my skin so finding a makeup remover that doesn’t hurt or sting my skin is a amazing! Removes my mascara so easily with a cotton pad and doesn’t hurt my eyes”
