“It is effective as a makeup remover, but it is very true about it stinging. I do struggle with some eye makeup removers as my eyes are very sensitive, but I had hoped it would be okay as it says it’s kind to sensitive skin. If I don’t completely dose my eyes in water after using it I end up with puffy and irritated eyes the next day.”

“Not a huge fan of this. If takes makeup off but you can't rinse it off with water as it balls up.”

“It does not do what it is supposed to do at all. Firstly, as others have mentioned, it stung in my eyes whenever I was removing my eye makeup (eye shadow, waterproof eyeliner and mascara). I tried just using my fingers, using a cotton pad and using a face cloth, it did not change anything. Secondly, it did not remove my eyeliner or mascara, no matter whether I used my fingers, a cotton pad or a face cloth. As this makeup remover was useless and stung in my eyes I stopped using it as a makeup remover and finished it off using it as a facial cleanser to not waste it. But I will definitely not buy this makeup remover again and would not recommend it to others.”
