“This product works well as a cleanser. However, it is let down by the plastic pump. Plastic that we are trying to reduce usage of. Single use plastic. I won’t buy this again unless it comes without the plastic pump.”

“Alors perso il ne me pique pas du tout les yeux contrairement aux autres commentaires, je le trouve très doux et super agréable utiliser, mais je suis très déçue au niveau du maquillage waterproof. Mon eyeliner waterproof se détache bien mais reste autour de mes yeux et ne part ps au rinçage même après 2 passages. J’ai dû utiliser une autre huile démaquillante que j’avais pour faire le job. C’est ma seule déception chez cette marque, sinon je les aime d’amour.”

“It gets the job done, but I only use it on days where I haven’t been using makeup to remove my sunscreen. I cannot use it to remove eye makeup as it really stings in my eyes, no matter how careful I am.”

“Really good make up remover, and it makes the skin feel nice. I just wish it came with an aluminium lid rather than the plastic pump.”

“Works well on foundation, but not great on mascara. I'm still left with panda eyes. The directions say your have to massage it into your skin and remove with damp cloth. This makes it a bit hard to remove mascara. Slightly scared to rub it on my eyes.”

“I’m afraid this really stung my eyes which was a shame as I loved the formulation and pump bottle. But to be fair this is the ONLY FT product I can’t use. I adore all the others. But it did remove the makeup which is good.”
