“This was a replacement first cleanser to the vitamin c cleanser, which reacted to my skin, thanks to the superb customer service of face theory. I use this as a first cleanse in a double cleanse routine. I was hesitant to try on eyes at first due to other reviews about stinging, but I found it fine to use on eyes (and I have very sensitive eyes). I use as directed, straight onto dry skin and massage to break up my make up, then remove with a warm damp microfibre cloth. The only reason I have not given 5 stars was due to it not having as much slippage as my previous cleanser, and sometimes not removing make up as well. Good price too, and gentle on my oily yet sensitive skin.”

“Love this makeup remover. I wear waterproof mascara and it really works. I apply this with my fingertips and let it sit on my lashes for a few moments before gently massaging it in. Just keep your eyes tightly closed. One pump is enough for a full face of makeup. It doesn’t leave a greasy feel on my face but I always use a proper cleanser afterwards.”
