Ce produit a été formulé pour dissoudre même le maquillage longue tenue, mais il peut être utile de masser davantage le produit sur peau sèche avant de rincer pour un nettoyage plus complet. “Super produit! Seul bémol: le packaging. L’aluminium déteint dans le bouchon, résultat on a un mélange de produit avec l’aluminium, que je dois nettoyer avant chaque utilisation… mais sinon le produit fait son travail, convient à ma peau sensible et à problèmes”

Our remover is designed to gently and effectively remove most waterproof and long-wear makeup without stripping the skin. Still, sometimes heavier or more stubborn makeup may require a stronger or more specialised makeup remover for complete removal. We recommend taking your time with the product and using minimal rubbing, but a double cleansing method or an oil-based remover might be more effective for very heavy makeup. “That's the most disappointed product. No chance to remove my mascara,which is the main make up I use. I have to use on dump skin,which is also not a convenient for me,I feel my skin dry after use. Not happy at all, I am really sorry for the spended money for that product.”

HydraSoft Makeup Remover is formulated to gently remove waterproof and long-wear makeup without stripping the skin, and it’s designed for use on damp skin to help ensure effective cleansing and hydration. However, we understand that everyone’s makeup and skin type can respond differently. Mascara, especially waterproof formulas, can be particularly stubborn. For best results, we recommend applying the remover to a damp face and massaging gently in circular motions, allowing the product a moment to break down your makeup before rinsing. Sometimes, holding a saturated cotton pad over your lashes for a few seconds before wiping can help dissolve mascara more effectively. We’re also sorry to hear about the dryness you experienced.
