“My skin is very oily and prone to congestion, but at the same time it can be sensitive and I am in my 60s. I am extremely happy with this toner, with the mixture of acids and the strength: it feels effective but doesn't cause any sensitivity issues. I've had hardly any spots since using it and I'm sure the overall congestion is reducing.”
