I’m really impressed with this moisturiser. I have oily acne prone skin and never actually had a moisturiser I would be really happy with. After using it for just a month my skin feels amazing and it’s having a nice glow but it’s not oily at all. My absolute favourite moisturiser!

This is a great light moisturiser with SPF that doesn't feel greasy at all!

Feels light on my skin (was worried it would feel heavy) and makes my skin look fresh which is an added bonus!

In theory it's a great product. In practice, I find it less protective than the equivalent spf zinc cream I was using before - I share these with my partner who is pretty sensitive to UV, and using this cream, he burned for the first time in months, several times. Only an hour in he's caught the sun, something which was not the case with other products. So I really question the efficacy of tinosorb alone as a filter. On my side, I find this cream makes my top lip sweat abundantly after applying, meaning I have to wipe it off that area (and which again does not happen with other products), and sometimes there is a slight burning sensation after applying. It's obviously not perfume, so unsure what it is, but it means I am reaching for this less and less despite it ticking all the boxes on paper.

Hi Rune, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear about your disappointment. Our Amil-C Whip M5 SPF 30 is a moisturiser and the main function is to hydrate your skin and to help to refine pores and brighten the skin tone. For that reason, it's not as water-resistant as a typical sunscreen, so it might not work as well if you're swimming or sweating. If you are spending a longer period outside or in the sun or are more sensitive to UV light, we highly recommend applying regular sunscreen after the moisturiser. The burning sensation is most likely from the niacinamide, some people are sensitive to it. At Facetheory we have a 365-day guarantee in case you are not happy with the product - just email us at help@facetheory.com for a free exchange or refund. Thanks

I love this cream, but it can be quite thick on the skin and not as hydrating assome skins need. Great cream in any case and good to have an SPF.
