“I absolutely love this face cream. I’ve tried numerous creams with various price tags. I can’t bare heavy, thick creams. This one is so light and goes on really nicely. Makes my face feel really moisturised and is a great base for my make up.”

“After cleansing with the vitamin C cream cleanser I used the Amil-C whip M5 for about two weeks which led me to break out. My skin didn't feel hydrated and remained dry and flaky despite this moisturizer's thick texture. When I filled out the survey on the facetheory website, I ticked dry dehydrated skin for my skin type, yet it recommended me this moisturizer which says 'light' on it. The texure of the mousse is quite thick despite this, but didn't hydrate my skin at all. I also don't like the fact these products come in glass jars as it seems less hygienic than a dispenser.”

Sorry to hear this Scott, do contact us at help@facetheory.com for a full refund. On the jar issue: all cosmetics within the UK and EU are challenge tested to the same standard to be resistant to contamination. Essentially the preservative in the product has to kill a minimum amount of bugs to be deemed safe and legal for sale. Jamie
