“Glow-C Daily Moisturiser SPF 30 I love this cream. My husband and I have been using it for many years. Its perfect for him and he used to enjoy it so much. Unfortunately with the new packaging, he has asked to find a replacement cream since its really hard to get the right amount out, the cap gets really sticky and its hard to use up the whole tube. The glass jars felt really luxurious and it felt great to reach the bottom and order a new one. We would love it if you could bring those back.”

“I love this moisturiser and have been using it for years, so much so I’ve converted several of my friends onto facetheory because of it. I really appreciate that it’s remained the same price as well. I do really wish however you had kept the glass pots instead of switching to tubes. I realise to remain affordable you need to economise on things like packaging but I find the tubes lids get broken and gunky almost immediately, it’s so much harder to apply to right amount as if you squeeze too enthusiastically you can’t put it back in. As the consumer I’d much prefer you pass the cost on for keeping the glass as economically I would get through it slower! The glass pots are also so much easier to recycle, for mainstream recycling and very handy for around the house too. If you did a larger glass pot and charged a premium I would 100% throw my money at it (please!).”
