“I use facetheory products few years now and I love most of them but the new packaging, new website and all other changes made me like it less. I wasted a lot of creams using new tubes. After opening the tube cream runs out easily and it's hard to stop it. All gets dirty and tubes finish faster. Another thing is having more tubes open makes it difficult to recognise them. The previous jars were gorgeous and all had different colours. I miss them. I haven't tried any of new serums as I'm still enjoying old style colourful bottles.”

“I love the product and have been using it for years, but I hate the new packaging. I find it hard to squeeze out the right amount, I’ve used the tube far quicker than I’d use the jar, and there is grey gunk around the top of the tube where it is oxidising. I can’t even find any info on how to recycle the new tubes. Please bring back the glass jars and stop changing the names of products, this is the third iteration of this moisturiser that I’ve used!”

“Lovely texture and feels nice on my skin without feeling too heavy. Peace of mind knowing its protecting my skin as well as moisturise it. Cruelty free is at the top of my list.”

“Love the silky texture I get after applying this. I don’t quite enjoy the new packaging though, as pieces of metal can remain in if not opened properly.”

“I used this moisturiser when it was in the small jar instead of this tube, I thought it has been discontinued, I’m so relieved that it’s just the packaging that’s changed. Lovely texture and fragrance!”
