“This is a mega harsh product for my skin. I've never had sensitive skin but this product made my skin flare out and get irritated after first use. It is really rough on the skin and when you wash it feels very oily. Overall felt unbalanced between the wash and the rinse. I would not recommend this product at all, my skin is still in recovery mode. I contacted the support team and they told me maybe I used it too much and should stick to 1 a week. Find any product who gives you sensitivity after one use, not a good product. I had high hopes but been surprised by my skin's reaction.”

Hi Sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience. Our products are formulated to an effective pH and unfortunately if it was higher the acids wouldn't work to cleanse your skin. “Lovely creamy consistency and I like the smell. Makes my skin very soft and followed with a serum and moisturiser it feels lovely.”

“I like this product. I use it in the morning to wash my face. The exfoliation bits are not harsh. Definitely will buy again.”

“This stuff is great. Enough active ingredients to help reduce blackheads and not to harsh that it irratates your skin. Will definitely be buying again but quite worried that the new version will be different as it says for body aswell? I have very break out prone skin so when I find a product that works I’m cautious about changes”

“Really like this cleanser/face scrub, really did the trick and my face felt nice and soft after use. I did find that my sensitive skin felt a little dry afterwards so I think this will be one that I use a couple of times a week as an exfoliator rather than an everyday cleanser.”
