“It does or well it has to do, since the change from tube to glass jar, I have found that the pumice is not as finely ground. My skin also doesn’t feel as fresh after washing. And you get less product in jar than tube, I still have some left in tube but using that for when I travel. As it’s definitely easier to put in overnight bag than a glass jar. Please reconsider going back to plastic tube, even if we are sending back to be refilled.”

Hi Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear it wasn't for you. We have cut the price on this product to reflect the reduced size (180ml vs 200ml). We don't currently have plans to return to plastic however we'll keep working on ways to make Facetheory as easy to use and travel with as possible. “This is the second time I’ve bought this, and will continue using it. I absolutely love it. It’s so effective for my skin, really makes a difference even after just one time. This second jar feels a bit less robust, the bits of shell feel smaller so I hope that’s a change to the process because I prefer it”

“A nice light, yet good exfoliating scrub, and a big sized tub, you don't need too much for your face! Smells lovely too. Using it 2-3 times a week and my skin feels lovely after using it.”
