“Short version: Started using this one weeks ago and it's been going well so far although I haven't noticed much improvement (yet). My skin looks good; not as good as it did when I was using Kiehl's and Ole Henriksen, but it might be too early to tell. I've also been using the Regenalcalm Serum for two weeks. The good: Skin feels soft and smooth. No acne or irritation. Does okay with removing makeup. The bad: Fine lines on my forehead and pores all over are more visible. Hasn't helped with natural redness/discoloration. I use this in the morning and at night with moisturizer in the morning and moisturizer and Regenacalm at night. Packaging is really nice. There's a mild chemical scent (even though it's labelled unscented) which isn't my favourite, but it's mild and goes away quickly once I put my moisturizer on top. Love that it's vegan and cruelty free. Love that products are made in the UK so I don't have to wonder about unfair labour practices. Wish I new more about where ingredients were sourced (and related labour). Also wish shipping didn't include styrofoam packing peanuts - please switch to more eco-friendly alternative.”

Hi Thanks for the feedback! Just on the packing chips - they're made from corn starch so are very biodegradable (you can even rinse them away!) Jamie

“After having a weird reaction to a product by another company that left my skin all reptilian, I was wary of putting anything too heavy on my skin, but I’ve been using the Vit C cleanser since January this year and it’s been a godsend! My skin is soft and the hormonal acne I would usually break out in at that time of the month has lessened. Smells lovely, not chemically. Just really like it and can’t stop recommending it!”

“I have only used this for 1 week but thankfully there haven't been any major drying effects on my skin ( I have eczema and sensitive skin) . I have hyperpigmentation on my Indian skin which has no signs of improvement but I will keep using the cleanser for a month or so to make a judgement on the product”
