“Love this serum! I stopped using this and tried different products as I wasn’t keen on the smell but definitely didn’t get the same smooth effect as I got with this product. Going to stick with this going forward as for me it works way better than anything else I have tried.”

“Would give more stars and may well do in the future but I'm having a reaction to it and I'm only using once a week. I've read that reactions to retinol substances are relatively common and might be a long time to resolve, but will persevere. The lotion is giving me a red face with a slightly raw, stinging feeling when applying moisturiser. I do have very sensitive skin though, so I'm not too disheartened. I'm using other facetheory products without incident ir reaction.”

For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic, or an active ingredient that is simply too potent for your skin.
