“I've only started using this serum a couple of weeks ago and I can see it has smoothen the fine lines on my forehead and around my eyes. The only thing is I don't know whether is best to apply morning or evening? As I thought that Vitamin C is best in the am and Retinol in the pm... So because it has both I'm confused”
