“i've been using the serum for about a month now and i feel like it's made my skin drier and break out more. My skin is on the drier side and relatively clear but it's not usually as dry as it has been and had more pimples than usual after using this serum. I heard retinol serums take time for skin to get used to so perhaps it just needs to time for adjusting to the new serum.”

“This is so thick and gloopy. It feels very heavy on the skin. I thought this would be good but it’s made my skin worse. I have melasma and was first recommended another product and then the final list I was provided with didn’t include the Azelaic acid. I emailed and asked why this wasn’t included on the final list of products. To which I was blamed for only buying one of the items I was suggested. I don’t think it’s right to have the vast amount of products online to expect customers to know what to buy. I recently spoke to a dermatologist who said I needed the Azelaic acid. When I went an emailed and said this product was not working I was told to try a vitamin c instead. Had I not spoke to a Dr I would have trusted you and bought another product. It seems it’s more about money from customers than healthy skin.”

“I really love this product! It's my favorite. In the beginning I had to get used to it but after a week I already saw a huge difference in my skin I even saw some fine lines getting reduce.”
