Hi Sorry to hear about your disappointment here - in general we recommend at least thirty days use for retinol products. If you still see no improvement just contact us and we'll arrange a free return for you and a refund. Jamie

“This cream is really thick and you need the smallest amount. Feels luxuries without being heavy and absorbs really well. Been using for 2 weeks and so far its seems great.”

“Been using for 2 weeks now, leaves my skin feeling smooth and surprisingly hasn't broke me out. I have combination, acne prone skin- I mean EVERYTHING gives me a break out- but this didn't! It is mind blowing but does the job and gives a smooth appearance, I'll be buying again :)”

“I have recently bought several products from you, i absolutely love the exfoliating cleanser and the serum I have purchased. But unfortunately I’m not so happy with the moisturiser as it doesn’t seem rich enough for my skin, it soaks in extremely quickly leaving my skin still feeling thirsty. I have also purchased the radiant eye cream which burns my eye area and makes my eyes puffy, so unfortunately I will not be repurchasing either the moisturiser or the eye cream as I am unable to use them. I do however recommend the serum and exfoliator!”
