“I have incredibly sensitive skin. I have tried lots of retinols as I know how effectively they work for making skin look younger & repairing damage. This is the only one I have ever been able to use that hasn’t made a mess of my skin. I built up slowly using it once per week, alternating with a plain, simple moisturiser, just to be cautious. I’m now up to every night over hyaluronic acid serum & it works perfectly.”

“Product is fine but very expensive i am very sad you have stopped making 0.2 retinol at £ 16 , now i am spending double, why have you discontinued the 0.2% retinol??”

“I absolutely love this cream. The mandarin smells amazing. I've been using it every night for a couple of years and my skin always feels lovely in the morning and I really noticed the difference. However, sadly I won't be ordering any more as I just can't get the cream out of the new packaging. Even toothpaste manufacturers realised metal tubes were wasteful and difficult to use and moved to soft plastic tubes. I think your branding company have really let you down as the previous pots were perfect. It' surprising considering this product is aimed at people with mature skin. Regrettably I am now having to look for a new night cream. I will definitely return to using it if you change the packaging but for now I won't be ordering any more.”

We’re really sorry to hear that the new metal tube packaging has made it difficult for you to dispense the product. Your feedback about accessibility and ease of use, especially for those with mature skin, is incredibly valuable and has been passed on to our product development team for review. In the meantime, one tip that some customers have found helpful is gently rolling the tube from the base upward to squeeze out any remaining product.
