“When i first got this product delivered there was a massive crack in the lid which i emailed the face of theory team about which was dealt with quickly. The team offered me a replacement moisturizer with a new lid they have been working on! I was very pleased with this as since i had been using the moisturizer my skin has felt amazing. Usually because i have combination oily skin my face is overly oily because of a moisturizer is applied but this cream keeps your skin hydrated and balanced”
